The hotel offers the perfect blend of a full-service and high-quality hotel experience with the freedom of high-quality serviced apartments. My stay was very comfortable with immaculately clean rooms, particularly Room 908, which is the largest room type in the service apartment. The service was helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out, with polite and accommodating staff. The location was ideal, being in central Shanghai with easy access to the metro station, a Chinese mall, sports pub, Starbucks, People's Square, and even walking distance to The Bund. The dining experience was a bit under expectations with high prices, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. Overall, a great value for the stay.
